---Back Squats (95# 5 reps)
---Chin Ups (30# Assist, 8 reps for speed)
---Back Squats (105# 5 reps)
---Chin Ups (30# Assist, 8 reps for speed)---Back Squats (105# 5 reps)
---Chin Ups (30# Assist, 8 reps for speed)

Maybe 45 minutes of pickup basketball
