Day 22

Strength training today:

-Warmup:
--- 1 bball game :-)

-Circuit 1: (5x)
---Sumo deadlift (135# 2 reps, then 4 reps)
---reverse crunches (8 reps)

-Circuit 2: (3x)
---Half Kneeling Landline (8 each side)
---Step ups onto tall box with 2 front racked 8kg kettlebells

-Circuit 3: (3x)
---Upright row from ground (20#, 12 each side)
---Glut bridges off bench (body weight, 12 each side)

-Circuit 3: (3x)
---Side Lunge then Straight then Up Press with Resistance Band (green band, 8 each side)
---One side T's off bench (2.5#, 10 each side)
