Day 47

Strength training today:

-Circuit 1: (4x)
---Incline Bench (65# 4 rep clusters with 10s between each rep)
---Chinups (18# Assist, 8 rep clusters with 10s between each 2 reps)

-Circuit 2: (3x)
---Split back squats (front racked 10kg kettlebells, 6 reps each side)
---Face Pulls (30#, 10 reps)

-Circuit 3: (3x)
---Hip Thrusters (140# 6 reps bc I mistook 35s for 45s!)
---Bottoms Up Walk with 8kg/6kg Kelltebell (~25 steps each side)

-Circuit 4: (2x)
---Half Kneeling Straight Press with resistance band
---Reverse Lunge into single leg RDL (15# each side, 6 per side)

And what we all really care about:

CSS WUC, a Tender Violet CRB and the lab Anti-Tank.  And new sneakers.  Hate the colors but they fit.
