Day 33

Strength training today: Today was another day of changing things up

-Circuit 1: (5x/4x)
---Incline Bench (45# 5 reps, 55# 65# and 60# 4 rep clusters with 10s between each rep, 55# 5 reps)
---Pullups (30# Assist, 8 rep clusters with 10s between each 2 reps)

-Circuit 2: (3x)
---Split back squats (45#, 6 reps each side)
---Face Pulls (20#, then 25# for rest, 12 reps)

-Circuit 3: (3x)
---Hip Thrusters (95# 6 reps, 115# 6 reps, 135# 6 reps)
---Bottoms Up Walk with 6kg Kelltebell (~25 steps each side)
