Day 50

Strength training today: I had a terrible day.  Couldn't get under my squats and kept lowering the weight, kept using my back for deadlifts, low weights with everything.  Then I went to play basketball and shot around for a bit, bricked everything.  Then I walked past my car in the parking lot and couldn't figure out how to post on facebook.  I must be tired.  What a crappy day 50.

-Circuit 1: (5x/2x)
---Front Squats from Bottom up (95# 5 reps, 115# 2 reps, 105# 2 reps. 95# 2 reps, 95# 6 reps regular)
---T Spine Mobility stuff

-Circuit 2: (4x/3x)
---Trap Bar Deadlifts (155#, 6 reps, 135# 6 reps for rest)
---Press ups with 8kg kettlebell (8 each side)

-Circuit 3: (3x/3x)
---Decline Bench (65#, 4 reps, 85# failure, 75# 4 reps, 65# 6 reps)
---Rows off of bar (8 lowest reasonable bar setting)

-Circuit 4: (3x)
---External shoulder rotation w/ elbows out, hands flat to up (5# each side, 10 reps)
---Stir the pot planks on ball (4 each direction)


Black Gather and Crows, and a Whamo Camo CRB.  Good for hunting flamingos.
