Day 53

Strength training today:  Workout felt almost easy tonight.  Could have gone up more with the incline bench, definitely can go more for the thursters.  And I finally got my left arm to do the bottoms up with the 8kg bell.

-Circuit 1: (4x)
---Incline Bench (45# 5 reps. 65# 4 rep clusters with 10s between each rep 2x, 70# clusters)
---Chinups (18# Assist, 8 rep clusters with 10s between each 2 reps)

-Circuit 2: (3x)
---Split back squats (front racked 10kg kettlebells, 6 reps each side)
---Face Pulls (30#, 10 reps)

-Circuit 3: (3x)
---Hip Thrusters (155# 6 reps)
---Bottoms Up Walk with 8kg Kelltebell (~25 steps each side)

-Circuit 4: (3x)
---Half Kneeling Straight Press with resistance band
---Reverse Lunge into single leg RDL (body weight first time, 15# each side, 6 per side)

And what we all really care about:

Black Gather and Crows, and a Beachscape CRB.
