Strength Training with Cory:

-Circuit 1:
---Deadlift: 125#, 3 reps
---Deadlift: 145#, 3 reps
---Deadlift: 155#, 3 reps
---Deadlift: 160#, 3 reps
-Circuit 2: (3x)
---Front Squats with 3s pause: 75#, 3 reps

-Circuit 3:
---Bench Press: 45#, 5 reps
---Bench Press: 65#, 3 reps
---Bench Press: 70#, 3 reps
---Bench Press: 75#, 3 reps
---Bench Press: 80#, 3 reps

-Circuit 4: (3x)
---Tricep Bench Press: 50#, 3 reps

Plus 90 min of one on one, etc which goes to tomorrow
