Strength Training with Cory:

-Circuit 1:
---Box Lifts: 125#, 3 reps
---Half-Kneeling Landmine: bar, 3 reps each side
---Box Lifts: 145#, 3 reps
---Half-Kneeling Landmine: bar+5#, 3 reps each side---Box Lifts: 165#, 3 reps
---Half-Kneeling Landmine: bar+7.5#, 3 reps each side

-Circuit 2:
---Box Squats: 45#, 10 reps
---Box Squats: 95#, 3 reps
---Box Squats: 110#, 3 reps

-Circuit 3:
---Floor Press: 45#, 8 reps
---Floor Press: 65#, 3 reps
---Floor Press: 75#, 3 reps
---Floor Press: 80#, 3 reps

Plus a double day of basketball, which will get donated.
